Arcata & Mad River Transit System Service Update. Tuesday, January 20, Red and Gold routes will run 7 am to 10 pm through Friday, May 22. Orange route will no longer run late night on weekdays but will run its normal schedule on Saturdays and holidays.

Ride Humboldt Flex is an on-demand shared ride service that operates from bus stop to bus stop, which includes existing bus stops and added “virtual” bus stops. It is designed to enhance our fixed route bus systems by offering additional connectivity options within our existing service areas.

AMRTS Service Update: Arcata Red Route bus stop at 11th St and K St will be closed April 13, 2026, through April 15, 2026. As a reminder, ETS Myrtle Avenue and Sunny Avenue bus stop is currently closed. Please use Myrtle Avenue and Dean Street stop as an alternative.

Rio Dell Wildwood Days is 7/31/2025 – 8/3/2025, 7am-11pm. Wildwood Avenue will be closed, from Painter Street to the Rio Dell/Scotia Bridge. The only bus stops open in Rio Dell will be: Painter Street & Wildwood Avenue, Center Street & Rigby Avenue, Rigby Avenue & Davis Street.
