This Summer, the transit-loving giant, Busquatch, is on a mission to help Humboldt’s youth and seniors get out and explore all that our community has to offer. Summer jobs? Trips with friends? Grandkid adventures? He’s stepping in the only way a local legend can: by squatching the fare!

Ride Humboldt Flex is an on-demand shared ride service that operates from bus stop to bus stop, which includes existing bus stops and added “virtual” bus stops. It is designed to enhance our fixed route bus systems by offering additional connectivity options within our existing service areas.

AMRTS Service Update: Arcata Red Route bus stop at 11th St and K St will be closed April 13, 2026, through April 15, 2026. As a reminder, ETS Myrtle Avenue and Sunny Avenue bus stop is currently closed. Please use Myrtle Avenue and Dean Street stop as an alternative.

Bus Stop Update! Until further notice, the Eureka 6th & L St. bus stop will be relocated to 6th and J St. This change only impacts the Purple ETS route.

Rio Dell Wildwood Days is 7/31/2025 – 8/3/2025, 7am-11pm. Wildwood Avenue will be closed, from Painter Street to the Rio Dell/Scotia Bridge. The only bus stops open in Rio Dell will be: Painter Street & Wildwood Avenue, Center Street & Rigby Avenue, Rigby Avenue & Davis Street.
