OPEN Invitation for Bid for Project 26-02: W Street Resurfacing Project Between 1st and 2nd Streets, Eureka

Notice is hereby given that the Humboldt Transit Authority (HTA) is inviting bids for Project 26-02: W Street Resurfacing Project between 1st and 2nd streets, Eureka. The work for this project involves resurfacing the portion of W street located between 1st and 2nd Streets, Eureka, CA 95501 as specified in the Project Drawings, Project Manual Technical Specifications, and the Contract Documents.

A pre-bid conference and walk through will be held on Jun 15, 2026 at 1:00pm, PT. Prospective Bidders shall meet at the corner of 1st and W Streets, Eureka, CA. The attendance of Bidder’s representative is strongly encouraged.

HTA will accept sealed bids until 3:00pm, PT June 25, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids shall be addressed and delivered by mail, courier, package delivery service, or hand delivered to:
