NEW APPLICATION PROCESS FOR DIAL-A-RIDE ADA PARATRANSIT SERVICE

Effective May 1, 2025, we’re transitioning to a new Dial-a-Ride ADA Paratransit Service application process. If you or someone you know requires paratransit services, please take note of these important updates: New Eligibility Categories, Healthcare Professional Verification Required, Possible Interview or Assessment and Confidentiality and Privacy Protection.
